Bought a headset in shopsy. it doesn't have a silicon rubber tip. the sound quality was okay, the earbuds were not staying in ear more than 10 mins. I had 1 week time to return and no mention that in shopsy we can return the good and only replacement possible (other apps show these in bold letters,) on the product/order pages, I am unable to return unstsfid prdct. when I tried, It told I should talk to an expert, but all experts are busy. I will not use shopsy anymore.🙏 no response for mail too

I.love been using Shopsy for a while, and I'm happy with the affordable prices and variety of products available on the platform. It's easy to navigate, and the discounts make it ideal for budget.friendly shopping The social selling feature is a unique addition, making it great for earning a little extra by sharing product links. However, there are a few areas that need improvement. The quality of some products, especially in the fashion and accessories category

It is regretted to inform you that in spite of giving the place of delivery exactly where to deliver, the delivery agent is habitually trying to deliver the item at another place and has been addressing to take the delivery at where ever it's delivered. Since the item are required for a specific school function and the same being not delivered at right place, it will not solve the purpose. I kindly request you to look at the delivery issue and advise the delivery agentaccordingly.
