I tried Mappls for 100 kms from Sasthamkotta to Kovallam. The maps UI is beautiful and has nice features of 3d lane and speed bump notification. I liked the over speed limit notification as well. But I was really annoyed with the number of silly notifications. Every 100m it was throwing the "Sharp Curve Ahead" notification even on normal curves. It was making beeps every few seconds for no reason, I had to check what is going wrong. It was inaccurate in taking the right roads. Work in progress!!

This map gives me a good route from my work to home which GMaps can't do. Would love to see a PiP view option and a swipe feature on the blue box in live route to swipe through the route instead of tapping the right and left arrows. Another suggestion: if one accidently closes the app from the recently used apps screen, it shouldn't end the navigation as it takes more time typing in addresses to navigate to.
