해당 현상 관련하여 페이북/ISP 앱이 업데이트되어 페이북/ISP 앱을 최신 버전(8.1.0)으로 업데이트를 진행한 후 이용 부탁드립니다.
만일 그래도 동일 현상이 나타난다면 상세 확인이 필요하여 브이피 고객센터(1577-3033) 혹은 페이북 어플 내 우측 하단 전체 - 고객센터 - 문의하기 메뉴로 문의주시면 고객님의 상황을 한번 더 확인한 후 상세 안내 도와드리겠습니다.

Let's update my rant about this app for 2019. I gave it 1 star in 2017, I wish I could give it 0 star now! Their mission is now to stuff as many ads as possible into the app, gather my location information (seriously, why do you need my location to accept card payment). And like that's not invasive enough, today they updated the app to read my SMS too. And it won't even run if I reject. I gave up! I will never use BC cards again because that means supporting this piece of trash. Uninstalled!

I can't pay anything using this app because it keeps showing a message saying the information I entered is not correct (정보 불일치). I am 100% sure I entered everything correctly but the field that is asking for the ARC number only lets me input the first number. Not sure if that is the reason but it just never works. So frustrating and useless. I can't buy anything online because of this and I expected better from an app that is required for virtually everything. Also asks for countless extensions
