I need help please! I can't even get through the first stage of getting an email from the app to verify my email before I start the biometrics process. it keeps on saying email has been sent. there is nothing in my inbox or junk folder. I have tried multiple emails. I have seen one too many complaints about this and yet the issue is still there. this app is supposed to make the process easy but it looks like many will lose their down payment and the ability to go for Hajj due to this app.

You need to improve this app. There are several flaws that need to be addressed. This app wastes a lot of time while scanning faces and fingerprints. The app has too many steps. If the app stops working at any stage or a step cannot be completed, all the previous submissions are lost. This takes hours. The app does not save previous entries. Even if the last entry is not made, previous entries get lost. As a result, we have to repeat all the steps from the beginning
