klarna has really stepped it up with offering more options in paying in store, and I appreciate they give you a grace period to make a late payment w/o any late fees. klarna is definitely the best in terms of flexibility. however, I don't appreciate that every so often I have to unfreeze my credit from trans union in order to view my purchasing power. especially when I have my credit report locked for security reasons.

I really enjoy the ability to pay over time, although I don't use Klarna as often as other pay over time apps (which charge interest on your balance, so the LONGER you PAY the MORE money THEY MAKE.) The same is true for this app, then key for me is to choose the SHORTEST amount of time to repay as opposed to the LOWEST AMOUNT. Again, it's all about convenience, managing my budget, and still getting what I want.

This is based on the app and not Klarna as a whole. The app is extremely slow and constantly says something went wrong and won't load what is trying to be viewed. This is happening on Android, in my case, specifically on Samsung phones like S25 ultra and Z Fold 6. I'm not sure what needs to be done but an update with a fix to these issues is needed sooner than later.

If you still have issues then we suggest clearing your cache and cookies and utilising a browser until these performance issues can be addressed. You may also wish to look at our browser extension.
