It's a fine enough app that works for toggling the noise cancellation and changing what the controls do. I'm giving it 3 stars instead of 5 because it has started showing popup ads for other Soundcore products about once a month for a couple of days in a row, blocking access to the app for several seconds. This is unacceptable.

I enjoy my Soundcore app because it allows me to adjust the functions for each headphone. Such as how many taps do what action on eash headphone. I also absolutely love the shape and how they fit on my ears. I have very small ears and have always had an issue with headphones staying in my ears or even on my ears with the ones that have clips to hang on the ear. These ones actually stay in place without me having to wear a headband holding them in. And the sound quality and volume is great.

FANTASTIC PRODUCT & SUPPORT!!! Since the moment I put them in my ears, it blew me away. Phenomenal sound & the customizations that are available are crazy! From sound to "leakage" that changes clarity to hearing outside if needed to battery life & especially support. Quick & friendly & knowledgeable about my concerns & wanting to help, not to close a call or emails...I'll be looking for headphones now from them...😋
