Doesn't always work. Can not figure out the reason but after multiple years of using the watch and this app for it, the app itself seems to have constant issues where it won't connect to the watch (not the other way around). This software is beyond janky. I give it 2 stars because it does occasionally work and works well when it does... But after multiple years of using it, I'm finally determining that it's mostly junk that is unreliable too much of the time and not likely to ever be fixed.

This app was working fine, when all of a sudden, all my info just disappeared. No longer syncs from my watch. Like I just got it for the first time. I guess you get what you paid for. 3/29/25 - after starting all over again, a month later...same problem. Was somehow logged out and can't log back in. Watch won't sync with the app. Just says "sync failed". Don't know why I still kept this but I'm ready to toss it.

I've had my watch for a few months, now. All of a sudden it wants me to login or register, but neither function works. Keeps saying error. It won't connect to Bluetooth because I'm not logged in. Can't find any way of getting help. Not happy, at all. Want my money back for the watch. Edit: After reading the reviews, it seems the developers don't seem to care at all about the app not working. I don't recommend buying their watches or using their app.
