Horrible! Buyer be ware! I really wished I had checked the reviews before purchasing. My daughter's first Metallica concert, I purchased the tickets almost a year in advance and they still managed to screw me. The only way they could have put us farther from the concert is to put us in the parking lot. Mean while, no discount! And I purchased tickets way closer! Scammers! Rip off bs artist from the UK with a call center in the states.

You end up paying more than twice the price, even if the concert is not fully booked. Might as well book from the actual main ticket vendor. It's invitation to purchase can misleading, stating that this is the Lowest price for the category. But once bought, that's it and the price is around double and the FX rates is much more than you could imagine. Never again.

What on earth is wrong with the app. Pops up with a box saying for a better experience use location services once I search an artist... If I select no it just keep repeating not allowing any page movement. Clear that page and it pops up again within the base app and just keeps repeating and repeating not allowing you to select no rendering the app completely unusable. This is terrible.... Hope someone fixed this soon. Poco X5 Pro 5g PS. I have already set my location manually.
