Pi Network

For this app to actually work, you need the pi browser too. After a couple of years, I have been unable to install the pi browser. I have tried on two different seemingly compatible phones but it won't even let me download it. I've made space on my phone. I've tried reaching out for support and no one has gotten back to me. I am close to giving up on Pi. It would be really great if I actually got a response back and the pi team worked with me on this.

Hello Developers, I am trying to recover my old account using contact number. And while doing that it asks to send SMS on the international numbers like USA, UK etc. I cannot send SMS to those numbers from my country. So could you please come up with some different idea so that I can get my account back. If the varification code could be sent on whatsapp it would be great (just a suggestion) Thanks.

The app works fine until you need to log back in. I found this to be impossible. Although there are guidelines provided when you log a support ticket, which I've learnt never gets responded to, they do not work. When you use your login credentials, it takes you to the account setup page. Why did they make logging into your own account this cumbersome? So, this means those coins are lost forever without the ability to access the account again. Can the developers do something to fix this?
