The application is terrible. There are random bugs when searching for items, sometimes the button to add them to the basket disappears and the only way to add them is to save them in favorites and add them from there. They even have a promotion now for purchasing from the app and guess what, the payment process is broken and keeps throwing errors with no explanation. I even sometimes saw different prices and product availability between the app and website. Awful experience

If you're a foreigner in a country you're not welcome to use the app, because the app can run only in the native language of the region. Which imbecile came up with this functionality is beyond me. Try and set your region with English language - mmmnope. Designers decided that should NOT be an option. I've seen poor designs but you guys are... Not the best, but in the top 2.

It's bugged and not reliable... I reinstalled the app in Spain, having originally set it up in the UK, but now it's not letting me order online unless I quote a Spanish address... Just be aware if you're looking to using it in different countries whilst travelling... You get a EU warranty but can't can't order in different regions

Hi Jamie, thank you for your feedback! The app may be detecting your location in Spain due to the VPN, which is why you're being asked for a Spanish address. Unfortunately, the app is region-specific, and this can sometimes create limitations when traveling. We appreciate your understanding and hope this helps clarify the situation!
