Buyer beware! Camera works fine but will miss and skip times and having issues just on 3/2 /24 with screen not playing back. It a great camera just has a few issues. Also I have tried to reach out to technical support and send lots of messages but not helpful. It could be a server issue but not all the time.consider what they wrote as a response should tell you a lot. I'm missing a lot of investments opportunities messing around with this camera. I'm done paying for something that is not working

App offers opportunity to try it before registering. I wanted to test it first but every time I tried to add my camera the app forced registration down my throat. I do not want to register until I know for sure my camera works with the app! If it does not work after registering my personal information is out there for no good reason! Talk about bait and switch! If you are not going to allow testing without registration, DO NOT OFFER IT! LOST CUSTOMER!

Update 1224. Since it is a free app, I am happy with it. The alarm works very well, and the ability to configure the alarm area helps greatly to avoid false alarms (such as a window and sunlight). Update 0424. I get notifications about FREE cloud service for daily check-in, but it is nowhere in the app. And, when you click the support tab, it shows a blank page.
