I downloaded a game through Testerup and completed 20 out of 24 objectives, but it only tracked the first three before suddenly stopping. I've been emailing support for over a month, but they just keep asking for screen recordings. Twice, they claimed to escalate my case, yet weeks later, nothing has been resolved. They owe me $80+, and it’s suspicious that tracking stopped conveniently. All they do is "forward" cases with no action. Feels like a scam.

So far it's great. I've earned 8$ it definitely isn't going to make you rich by any means but it's pretty good about making sure your account is credited. The only issue that I see is with most of the apps that you "test" it's impossible to get past a certain dollar ammount without spending money on the app yourself. It does give you incentives to do so but not enough imo. And to be able to do the tasks you got to spend money to get there before time.

I tried using the app years ago and didn't seem to make any money and couldn't figure out why, so I deleted the app. I decided to try it again a few days ago and OMG, what a difference! I find it extremely user friendly and a large amount of apps to choose from compared to other apps. It also doesn't annoyingly overwhelm you with ads like other apps do every 5 seconds or when you hit a button. This time around has been an enjoyable experience!!
