The UI could get an upgrade, comparing it to neobanks like n26 and trade republic. Feels bit clunky but works. One feature I love is paying invoices by taking a photo. Works flawlessly!! * Update UI/UX to feel more intuitive (look at design principles of other neobanks) hide less used features and reorg,add smart animations * Analytics are too simple and hidden ( net worth & analytics should have easy access + should show average increase/ saving rate for each timeframe shown for planning etc.)

The changes done to login process through APP made the whole banking system of ING extremely vulnerable and dangerous. If someone knows PIN to your app you are done, with photo based authentication they can log in to fully-fledged service without giving any extra data (which means that you can set limit to, say 1000 EUR in the app, and then use the app to log in and be able to change it). This is amazing incompetence on security department of ING, shame - I don't feel safe in this bank anymore.

Hello Mr. Szymczak, nobody can see your accounts if he or she just knows your mobilePIN. They need to hold your unblocked smartphone, because banking to go is locked to your device. Best wishes, yor ING

This is nothing like the ING Dutch app! I tried to open a bank account via the app (the only way possible) and did the identity verification with WebId using my computer. The app was still stuck on the verification process! I have no idea what's happening and if my account will be opened. What a mess, and NO customer support. Please please just port the Dutch app codebase for Germany - it's so easy to use, nothing like this useless app!
