EDIT: from 2 stars to 1 star: address setup has broken and can't verify. --- Can't select the nearest (couple of) service centres for delivery, it will be "some centre en route to you", which is usually two kilometres away instead of 200m. Can't move two packages that were supposed to be delivered on the same day, to the same day, even when I tried to delay the deliveries. The setup with account and address is rather frustrating but hasn't broken since. Also, there are advertisements in the app.

Is PostNL taken over by those addicted to seeing engagement metrics go up? They are removing useful features to force interaction with the app or email. App notifications no longer show estimated time and just says to look for it in the app (notification has become less useful). Email subjects used to show the time of delivery and now it just shows "this is the time for your package" and the actual time is only in the body of the email (email subject is less useful). And now ads! Shameful!

The app timetable is never right or the delivery person doesn't update their routes regularly. 99% deliver the packages earlier than the timetable mentioned in the app or later, never in the timetable So based on what I face every time, this app is useless.
