i already contact customer service for not receiving the coin, only reply with no followup, and just want me to provide some document (i have give all document needed), i guess customer service are not responsible to app user, this app totally scam trust me, 10k coin not recieve, so disappointed

very disappointed, I have been using livu for a long time, but in 2025 there were many problems with purchasing coins, I buy coins, but until now I haven't received the coins, when I reported to customer service, there was no response

I recently topup some amount of coins with promotion but didnt receive any of it yet, until now. It was so dissapointing and frustrating as i cant use it and lost my money at the same time
