DO NOT!! I repeat DO NOT even consider this app!! They charge you for twice every year, and when you try to dispute they refuse to acknowledge their fraudulent activity!!! I signed up for a $39.38 recurring subscription on Feb 11, 2024. One year later, they charged me that and then an additional $99.99 charge 4 days later. Worst decision of my life was Feb 11, 2024, when I signed up on an impulse. Never could figure out the videos, so didn't touch it for 10 months.

initial exercises are good. Pretty sure if the ONLY exercises I did were the ones in the initial recommended daily, I would not reach my goal weight. It's not clear if you need to add other yoga sessions to do that. I wish I could repeat a Day I loved & when I miss a day, it wouldn't disappear, so I could "catch up" the following day. The additional optional sequences that I've done so far just seem like various poses stuck together willy-nilly; no regard to transition from one to the next.

There should be more options to respond, or it should be on a scale like ...1 -easy to 5-I barely got through it. I have been experiencing a little soreness in my core area, so I am hoping it from the pilates ( I'm 70) and not something else. I like the repetition of certain stretches that you can repeat throughout the day when you feel tense. There are several other options, but I am staying with the Wall Pilates to see the result and effectiveness after 30 days.
