For every TEN ads you watch, you get ONE diamond. WHAT? Then it costs like 30+ diamonds to purchase an item that you need in order to make any progess. Also, I have like 50 shops and barely make any $. They definitely want you to spend real $ on this game and it ruins the experience. I've been playing for several days in a row and still haven't been able to complete any quests because of how greedy this game is. I honestly don't think I'll continue playing unless they make some improvements.

The concept is great, execution could use work. There's not enough you can do each time you get on. Play for a couple of minutes and run out of stuff to do until you can get back on again in a few hours to do the same thing again. some missions require the use of diamonds. diamonds come in rarely which leaves the option of watching TEN one minute ads for ONE diamond- after which the game needs to "refresh" just for you to collect. For a 30 diamond quest this is 300 min of ads. crazy.

Update- I hear you about earning free diamonds & collecting puzzle pieces & this is great & I do take advantage of this, thank you. BUT, bundles, expansions, animals, decorations, enclosure items etc etc, far exceed the freebies we are given. Which means we end up buying with real cash (compared to other games, these are not cheap) or end up leaving the game altogether as so many of my game friends have & are doing because they can't afford it anymore. Just asking for a bit of leeway that's all.
