I've been using this app for years. Haven't had any issues till today. I am unable to buy/sell/trade anything. The buttons are there but they do not respond, it does nothing. I reached out to support and the general chat is asking for a screenshot of an error message but im not getting an error message. This is very fishy at a time like this. If its not resolved today, as soon as every thing is working again, I will be moving all my crypto to another platform/exchange.

logging in from various devices is always an adventure. each device change causes you to have to re-authenticate it. the passcodes don't always work, locking you out. who's writing their software, Microsoft. I'm going to look for better. my experience into crypto has been nothing annoyances and losses. this app is poorly written and using it is NOT intuitive. like many of today's products there so eager to upgrade instead of refining, it all winds up being junk.

I payed a $30+ dollar fee for a BASE chain purchase which costs $3 and change on any other exchange, even though it says 0 fee. Total scam! Even the most expensive DEXs don't charge nearly as much. To make things worse, I purchased AIXBT and wanted to withdraw to my cold wallet and you can't! The only option you have is to sell or swap for another $30+ fee even if you want to withdraw your USD. I used to enjoy using this app but now they full on take advantage of newbies.
