I actually like this diffuser. when it works....it works. My issue with this app hence the 4 stars is that it doesn't always communicate with the actual diffuser. I have the plug in version; it's plugged in all the time and u bothered. I'll go to the app to check the status here and there and half the time it connects and the other half it doesn't. So I dunno what the level of the scent is. I've removed it and reinserted it and still it stays the same. Most times I just don't even bother with it

Honestly, I was not expecting to love this diffuser so much lol the app interface is awesome, very easy to use and aesthetically pleasing. Swapping scent subscriptions or ordering individually is a breeze. Only wish your favorite list was easier to access, but Im sure that will come with time. Highly recommend, u can't go wrong with having scents on a schedule!

I'm NOT techy at all, and this app and system was SO incredibly easy to set up and use. The app makes it easy to change your preferences as you get to know different scents and schedules. I'm really happy that I invested in this system, & very quickly felt comfortable building onto it as well as gifting it. By FAR the most intuitive app I've used.
