This is the third time I have had trouble logging into it ulta account. First two times someone hacked my account and changed my password. This last time, I was logged out of the app. I tried to log back in with my credentials but it wouldn't work. I reset my password and still not luck with the app. I did get in online, however when navigating the site it sends me to the log in page to sign in again after already logging in.

Horrible! My account was hacked by an Ulta employee and when I called to to inform that the person is still able to access the account even after the password was changed multiple times, they still only sent a password reset link. The security of the app is terrible! Further, the app does not allow you to apply coupons on most occasions, and the apply button keeps popping up each time you tap it. There is a glitch.

The app is awful and has been awful for a while. The pages load so slow if they even load at all. I haven't been able to buy anything off the app in months because I keep getting an error message with my ulta card and the shipping. I tried to call customer service, and they said it was my fault for trying to submit the payment multiple time but couldn't tell me why it messed up in the first place. It has now been a month since that first incident, and I'm still receiving the same error message.
