Lousy! We made a reservation for an out of the way restaurant providing pickup transportation. The app did not allow the input of our pickup location, the app did not allow you to contact the restaurant. The app then gave error messages as we attempted to modify and then cancel our reservation. The restaurant also failed to answer their phone, did not have answering service, and did not respond to Instagram or Facebook messages. This app needs substantial improvement to address these faults.

This app is a great tool for making reservations at restaurants that subscribe to the service. I'm too old to learn Portuguese or Spanish (believe me, I've tried), so being able to make a reservation without having to call and risk screwing it up is very reassuring. I appreciate having my contact information saved so that making reservations only requires a few clicks. It seems many, perhaps most, of the restaurants don't accept payment through The Fork's app.

The app itself, and the benefits it gives, is great! We've found loads of nice restaurants near us that we normally would never have tried. However, since our last vacation I'm getting the emails and push-notifications in PORTUGUESE! TheFork Support is of no help whatsoever, as I only got 1 standard response (uninstall and reinstall the app) and after that I was ghosted. Nice app, but lacking in customer service .
