Freezez up all the time and will send a notification telling me there's been motion detected from almost a full day prior. It does this randomly. most notifications in real time. I pay for a subscription monthly and there is no contact information for customer service or anything I don't like that and will probably switch cameras and apps soon as I have been double billed before and there's no one to contact to fix it

This app was ok and easy to use initially. They have introduced ads when you try to open the app now, which is VERY annoying for a product that I've already paid for. Sometimes, the ads have very loud audio, which is very jarring. I'm going to contact Amazon where I purchased the camera to see what they can do about a product refund and swap to a different brand of camera that doesn't try to get extra funds from ads on an app.

There is barebones and then there's this. I'll eventually figure out where stuff is hiding instead of having to hunt for it every time, but I will apparently never be able to use the two-way speaker this is advertised to come with. I found the microphone and speaker settings, but there's no visible way to use them and NO instructions anywhere online.
