I used this product and app for 5/6 years and everything worked as expected. But when I went to cancel my subscription the day before it renewed my password conveniently did not work and had to be reset. I sent the request to reset my password which didn't arrive until the day of renewal and I was already charged for another year. I reached out via the support email and after several emails back and forth explaining their late response I was vaguely told that they would not refund me.

Junk! Constantly losing its connection, entirely! It's a losing battle trying to install it. Afterb3 days of trying, I had finally gotten it to add it again, but it was offline & forced me to try to reinstall it. I've tried COUNTLESS times & it still won't work! I even made a new account & nothing worked. I wouldn't recommend your products to anyone!

I use to love this app, but ever since the upgrade the camera motion controls ↕️ do not appear. Whats up with that!? They work on the baby monitor. But sometimes I'm outside and want to check in on the kids playing and only have my phone Or when we are out the house. Also keep getting Connection Error on 1 camera out of three. All on the same home network. Would like to put in a request, kindly add back camera motion controls into the app. Thank you.

Hello Erick, reinstalling the app makes no difference? The ‘Connection error’ indicates that a specific streaming method failed. Rebooting the camera or refreshing the camera list in the app helps to get the camera online again. If that doesn’t help, email me at david@hubbleconnected.com.
