It works fine, but there are things missing, like being able to close the tailgate and/or windows with the app, or getting a digital key from phones other than the very limited selection that BYD has said are "compatible." And only 1 phone connection is possible at a time, so either one person in the relationship can use the app unless the primary user is logged out. Not good enough.

Very convenient to lock/unlock your car, remote start aircon, check tyre pressure etc. No more need to bring car keys or key card around. Unfortunately only one app login per car, so my wife can't enjoy using the app as well. One security issue to note: unlocking the car through the app allows anyone to start the car and drive off, even after turning off the car, as long as it is not locked - make sure to always lock the car, and do not remote unlock unless really safe.

Is a nice to have app, but could be way better - especially considering the tech level of the cars it pairs with. Sorely needed are: -more than one user at a time. People share cars! -dont require a pin when biometrics is already enabled -nicer UI. Just match what's in the car! Also, the inside temp has gone missing from the AC controls. That was really useful to decide if turning on the AC remotely was actually needed.
