It's not what I thought it was, but that's on me. I originally subscribed for the 2tb storage, thinking i could back up all of my devices, including my PC. Unfortunately, unless I overlooked something, you can only use it to back up your android devices; phone, tablet, chromebook, etc. The app otherwise works exactly how it's supposed to do, I just can't fathom needing all that extra storage for just my phone.

Don't count on it backing up your data, or getting support when the back up system fails. reached out many times and it is clear that Google doesn't stand behind its products and services. lost all data and they have yet to actually respond to the issue they just pass it off from one group to the other. terrible service. terrible waste of money if your data gets lost by the back up provider and then does not actually stand by and support its users.

The app is incredibly helpful, especially if you have a slightly older phone or other device that may have less internal storage space so that's where One comes in. Store photos, which is where the majority of my space gets used, but also any other media or other things like documents. I would have had to buy a new phone or store on a thumb drive and I personally lose those almost as soon as I get it. It's a great tool!
