Horrible. It doesn't let me check out anything (even non labubu drops). If ur hoping to use the app for faster checkouts during the drops: don't. Use ur laptop or the website. It's clear the app wasn't made for the consumer in mind with how limited the views are, the inability to filter properly, and lack of items (that can be seen on the website). Now it says my access is limited? Deleting it because what's the point if I can't even buy regular items.

Vital for popular drops (labubu), but some features dont work, such as the events (right now is a gatcha slot machine- cant do it). It doesn't include out of stock or quick buy/ add to cart options on the wishlist, nor can you buy both popnow and poplater carts all at once, which is a pain but thats how it is on the website as well. Also, doing reviews is hard, and I ended up having to do it in my laptop to add photos.

It keeps sending an "access to frequent" message when all I do is click the arrow button for another Pop Now set when everyone else does it and nothing like that happens. It stops me from even being able to look at what I want for 15 minutes. It's ridiculous. I can't buy anything. But god forbid the resellers don't get any items.
