Editable and Straightforward It can always use more types of individual exercises, of course, but it already has quite a lot. Adding a note about how many extra calories each type of exercise (relatively) burns and degree of difficulty was a good improvement, which is what they did since my original review, showing that they actually listened to their reviews and improved the app.

This is a great app to help you get into a fitness routine. I don't feel it's worth the price they want you to pay for it. I also think it sets very unrealistic expectations for the weight loss which is more harmful than helpful in my opinion. If it continued to build on progress I think I would rate it higher but once you finish a 30 day period it just resets and feels like you are moving backwards.

Hi Ben. Congratulations on completing the challenge! What to do next depends on your fitness goal. If your goal is to develop a regular exercise habit, you can continue with the same routine and change the difficulty. If you have specific fitness objectives, you can also create a special plan for yourself. We'll continue to improve our app.

I can't find an option to change rest intervals during warmup. Some of the intervals are 30 and I have to intentionally go and press skip, others are 10 seconds. I would like to set all to be 10 seconds. It will save couple of minutes every day for me. Also there is no option to modify my warmup exercises. Rather than that seems to be ok, so far. (27 days in) Didn't reached the goal yet.
