Fast and easy. Accurate nombor giliran calling but the app seems to have a bug in it because my phone scanned it and forced it to close. It told me to clear the cache because it contained a bug but even after I cleared the cache, it can't be open at all. Well, I'm gonna uninstalled this after done.

THE WORST EVER SYSTEM. You have to install the apps for just a queue and the thing is we only come once a year for the renewal. And whenever your network has no coverage, all other people who comes after you will get their queue first and you will be the last they entertain. This system is really give trouble to some people. Unless our country is already a high tech were we dont have network problems and more over electricity problem then only this thing should be implemented. The WORST!

This app feels like it's built by novices. At the 12.30pm break time, the estimated waiting time goes blank. What does it mean? When is the start of the next session? No mention! When I checked the app, it says my number called 8 times??? How can my no be called when there's a session break? Or, is there no session break? If it's the latter, then why does the estimated waiting time goes blank. What no is being serviced goes blank? JPJ, it's time you engaged some good IT company to clean this up
