I have a 4G home router and when I change the package, it does not change and I am charged for the old one, knowing that the package is changed through the name. This issue is very bad.However, the company contacted and communicated to resolve the issue. Thank you.

This app doesn’t even deserve one star. The services are not great, and there’s always confusion. Once, I recharged to pay a bill, but the balance was credited to my number instead and got completely deducted, even though I already had an active internet package. To make things worse, customer service blamed me, saying I recharged incorrectly, even though the confirmation message clearly showed the correct transaction

Worst services among all service providers. Main services such as balance recharge through credit card and monthly bundle renewal are so slow and buggy, sometimes even consuming money without renewal. I really wouldn't recommend Etisalat to anyone even their signal is the worst among all providers, and not in a single location but many.
