I placed an order through the app and after paying through my banking app, this app went all white and once I pressed back button, it took me back to step 1 of cart. Moreover, this app has no option to change the language. As an international living in NL, I should have the option to use the app in English.

This is the slowest app I've ever used. It takes ages to get and display info. Also, there's no way of contacting anyone though the app - no chat, forms or numbers.

Anything you do in the app, from opening product pages to simply sorting the list of products is SLOW. Any other app works quite fast, and I think the website on mobile also feels faster, but most actions you take in the app just take a good few seconds to load: there also are no spinners or animations or anything, making me second guess if the app registered my tap, if it's frozen or actually loading the next page in the background. I would recommend you just use the website
