Have never had issues with Bluetooth in years of using it, with it on in the background for long times. Never glitchy. I would have liked some preset patterns to be installed instead of having to create from scratch. I have never used the partner features, only solo.

The developers need to realize that not everyone can make a video call, so this feature is very inconvenient, especially when you consider your biggest competitors in this market don't have such a requirement. I bought this brand because of prior experience with the technology and I like it. But the app isn't quite there yet. However, the "pause" feature in Close Range mode is priceless, and the one reason this review has 3 stars instead of 2. Please do not remove that feature!!

I've got two devices that I've tried to use with this app and neither of them will stay connected for more than a few seconds to a few minutes into play. The devices just shut off entirely even though they're at full or +90% charge. The longest I've had a device stay connected to the app was not even 3 minutes before disconnecting. I'm trying to get in touch with support but they've only said to reset the devices and unpair them, which I've already done a number of times. It's disappointing.
