IP Pro(VR Cam, EseeCloud)

User interface is ao bad. So hard to navigate playback. You're trying to change the time and it swaps to a different cam and you must start all over. Takes FOREVER to load (I have starlink so internet speed isn't the issue). no speed control. You have to watch playback at live speed.. WHY??? What is the point of having cameras if it's a huge pain to watch the playback? We will be switching our cameras to a different provider.

Started out good a few years ago. Now when I want to quickly pull up the app and look at my home on my security system, I'm forced to watch ads for stupid video games that I have 0 interest in and then try to hit the tiny X with my fat finger. Unacceptable and exploitative. I did not agree to this. I'll replace the whole system with another if this does not subside. Also sucks that you can't watch in anything other than 1x speed. Poorly designed and scammy all around.

If I could give this app/camera less than 1 star, I definitely would. Since the day I bought it, its given me nothing but issues. With the exception of maybe a week, it worked really well. As soon as the app updated, the operation of it was so terrible. It cuts in and out, freezes practically every 4 minutes. The lag is now worse than before. I don't rely on this app 100% to make sure my child is safe, but when its running through the night its nothing but a nightmare. Not recommended.
