I don't like the advertisement pop up when you open the app. I went to the settings to turn it off. But every weekly update turns it back on and have to go back to setting to turn it off again. I don't trust the advertisement because my Spyware blocker kick in. So I feel like this app has some spying into it. I dont feel comfortable with this app. Cameras work great. Just dont like the app advertisement and how they have weekly updates that I don't see a different. Junk app.

The app is not smooth or easy to understand. My videos for one day cross 2 days in the app, and I have the time zone and everything set correctly, and still I have to go into the future to see live video. My biggest issue is that this thing is mounted in the peak of my garage, and when it fails, you can't easily fix it. I have to create a new connection and the last step is to hold a qr code in front of the camera at less than 16 inches away.. well, I am 20 feet below, so that ain't happening.

Every 10 minutes viewing stops saying " you have been watching for a long time take a break" and stops viewing. Useless for security monitoring. How to disable the eye protection mode? What a useless feature which makes using this security camera a waste of time and dedicating a computer system to this is crazy. Fix your software to allow disabling eye protection mode !!!!
