0 star, honestly. Very bad experience!! The app does not work properly. They ask 100 times for a photo, and you are trying your best to capture it, but it won't. As soon as you move or not in the position, it says, captured. Finger prints, the whole process is awful. I have applied for it after several attempts, but there is no conta t info or 6 contacted me about payment. Now, what am I supposed to do??

Easily the most tedious and frustrating service I have ever used. I can take as many photos as I want, all of them fitting within the specifications required, and none of them will be accepted for some nonsense reason as "Unable to Detect Face". Fingerprinting is a bust as well. Also, I said service instead of app because the website is like this too. If this is how you're going to run these operations, then please let us do this at the consulates again. Unacceptable and abysmal.

I’m extremely disappointed. The fingerprint verification process is completely broken. I’ve tried it at least 50 times on multiple devices, and it still doesn’t work. It doesn’t even register failed attempts or provide the paper verification option mentioned in the instructions. I’m locked out of account on the web as well because the app refuses to verify fingerprints. It’s frustrating that a country's official app lacks proper quality control
