This app looks like a pre-smartphone app. Its UI is awful, erratic and misleading. The login, when it works, will issue popups saying "sucesso" and "insucesso" in a 10 cycles loop. The fingerprint setup will also create a "sucesso" and a "insucesso" 10 cycles loop popups but, in the end, it won't work. I can't trust an app that works just as bad as this one. For sure, if this login/fingerprint "works" like this, I can imagine how easy should be to hack this app and have unauthorized access to our bank accounts. Oh, this is NOT a support request so don't come asking me for more details. You have all the details here if you want and know how to fix these issues.

Horrible app handling. Starts by showing buttons only after to load the authentication screen. It is hard to navigate and very counter intuitive. It's easier to ask the ai helper than to find the functionality myself. It is not possible to change my pin of a card in this app It is not possible to scroll down and see my transactions. I have to add a filter. Simply bad.

Not the cleanest or most modern app in the world, it works, but in a way that sometimes takes your breath away at how anyone could think that was a good way for the UX or UI to work.
