This app USED to be the best. Now it just hangs, and crashes CONSTANTLY. You can try every fix in the book and it still won't work. Don't even bother reaching out to them. Microsoft's generic reply is that either you app is out of date or Windows is out of date. This issue has been happening to me across three different phones, three different major android versions, two different machines, windows 10, 11, and server. The only constant is this app.

The only one issue I have is the size of the screen. It's so small, would be way easier if it matches a similar resolution to your phone. Another problem with the zoom move to drag button in the center is that it sometimes crashes the app. There is also another issue, and this app seems to effect the remote desktop app on the PC as well as often I have to connect and disconnect on the app if I want to connect on the PC.

Horrific experience! Like others, I'm constantly having to force quit because it hangs, and the session cannot resume, resulting in effort that defeats the purpose - and I'm on a LAN of 1 iMac, and 3 hardly used laptops. It shouldn't ever be this terrible! Microsoft, your quality has vanished, it seems! Two thumbs down! 👎🏼👎🏼
