AIS does many things to steal money from the customer. For example, I have to top up first before buying my package. So I have to spend more than the cost of the package because they don't let you top up any amount, only certain amounts . Once my package expires my balance quickly goes to zero. I'm sure they do this on purpose to rip customers off.

I got an SMS message from AIS that said I needed to update my profile with my passport photo, so I took a picture of my passport and sent it to the link that AIS provided. I got an error that the network doesn't support multimedia messages. I was on the AIS network. Nice. So I tried the option in the app to update my profile... tried for over an hour. It wouldn't take my photo. It just kept saying "Change the environment," then it would time out. This app is garbage. AIS is garbage.

The new version is terrible. They have had 5 version changes in a month and they still can't get it right. The new version is intended for Android 10+ but it won't run on my tablet. The old version does. As for the app being used to promote AIS, it is worthless, especially if you don't live in Bangkok. The LINE stickers are only in Thai so unless you are fluent in Thai they aren't worth anything. The Food, etc should have a map to show where the merchants are located.
