It is good that ezviz has many type of camera. Connection to wifi and smartphone application is easy too. But my problem is, when connected to TV, I can only watch 4 screens together, though I have 8 cameras and I need to watch them at the same time. I think EZVIZ need to upgrade the software for TV, so we can watch from more cameras. From laptop or PC, I have an issue too, which connection is not as good as from application from smartphone.

The app is far too slow to be useful in a real world setting. The view often gets stuck at 99%, and you can't see the live view. Someone could be burglarizing the property and you can't see it happening, because the app is stuck at 99%. If you have an extremely fast wi-fi network and an extremely fast device, it may work acceptably. But for most networks and devices, it is far too slow. And using mobile data, forget it. You won't be able to check it with mobile data. The live view never appears.

Used to work great. Since the update, Doesn't auto login half the time, DOES NOT WORK WITH ALEXA, and I lost connection to a camera and I can't even reset it. Keeps asking to enter the code on the bottom after scanning. I enter the code and get locked out. This app and hardware is ridiculous. Just get a Wyze camera. They're cheaper and work flawlessly with Alexa. Wasted money

As for Alexa, we were having some server issues at the beginning of the month, but it should work now. And could you describe a bit more on what the app says when you get locked out?
