Janky experience of using audioguide at Topkapı. Very hard to download the audio segments, mistakes in editing of English audio, unclear ordering, weird UX. The content is pretty good though. My recommendations: make the audio tour available by default. It's free with the ticket and of no use to anyone else. Second, have a human actually try the experience of being a tourist and using the app for an audio tour. You'll find all the weird problems in a single day.

Audio tracks loop automatically, with no way to stop it happening. Audio starts playing randomly even when the phone is locked. It doesn't remember your ticket/session details, so going back to 'home' means having to scan the QR code again. The app is just annoying to use and distracts from the museum experience.

this app sucks. it forces you to enter many confidential info, name, last name, email, birthdate, phone number, national identification number, you have to allow your location to be used, you need to turn on bluetooth, you need email verification, and phone verification, all this just to visit a museum. this is not a bank account, are you crazy? i am just trying to visit a museum! even if you pay for the museum card by cash and purchase the card, you are again forced to use this app to activate
