This app is great! Most of the stories are very good and exciting, there are several genres. If you can't afford coins then there are games you could download and complete the quest Webtoon gives you and you can get coins! Most of the games aren't very easy or good but there are still some good games! I had trouble with something and I sent a feedback message and they replied so quickly! So if you have a problem let them know! Downloading stories are available too! Thank you Webtoon for this app

Please fix the layout. Recently, the layout changed, flooding the home page with a random assortment of stories that I haven't read and have no interest in reading. The banners at the top are gone and I van no longer see a list of my recent webtoons, including which ones have unread or updated episodes. The new interface is super clunky and overwhelming, and it's not user-friendly at all, even as someone who's used the app for years.

I loved the app, and I have been with it since 2018. Recently, they've been coin blocking the last 3 episodes of multiple webtoons, making people unable to finish the last 3 episodes of the whole series! The fact that 2 of the ones that were coin blocked were ones I were around since they 1st started out on webtoon. It's infuriating that they'd add another pointless way to earn money when they make enough with fast pass, and the money they get from ads. Highly considering leaving the app itself.
