I love this game enough to rate it 4 or 5 stars but the gem problems are just too bad. The only way to earn gems fast 4 free is by winning levels, but once starter momentum wears off coin levels are impossible if you don't have enough upgrades or special customers which renders the game unplayable. I feel a level shouldn't be unbeatable with a perfect score when I only have two more upgrades to go on that particular city. And getting the 15-30 gems I need from ads takes potential hours or days.

Hello, every level of every hotel can be completed without making purchases, we are monitoring this and are constantly working on improving the balance of the game! You can also get crystals and coins in daily rewards, in-game events, Bank menu and infinite levels. You will definitely be able to do all the upgrades and complete any hotel.

Despite following the recommended upgrades, I'm stuck on a lvl b)c I can't get the gold requirement. I've done the lvl 3 times, getting a perfect score each time. I don't have enough stupid diamonds to buy the last upgrade I need to increase the gold I get per guest. 15 diamonds required, I don't even have half that. Haven't spent diamonds on anything but upgrades. Ridiculous. I've played the game once before and I don't remember it being this greedy.

At a certain point the levels seem impossible without upgrades, and upgrades require gems. Gems must be bought with real money or occasionally you can earn some with an ad, but only like 2 or 3 and you need 15 to upgrade. Otherwise it's fun but I can't get past level 32 without gems even when playing it almost perfect .

Hello, Purchases are not required in our game. You can also get crystals for completing quests, in daily rewards, watching videos, in the infinite levels at the end of each hotel, and in the Bank menu. Try to accumulate crystals and make another upgrade, you will definitely be able to advance!
