Before you download the app consider these problems: Sometimes the app can't auto update or even manual update so will have to uninstall and reinstall it. There's a lot of bugs, kept so long that's it's somewhat a features now. The new app design is very unintuitive, it hides all the features, and take forever to load. My recommendation is just go to another bank if you can, they're many out there.

GO TO OTHER BANKS Awful bank, customer support is inexistant, payments are not working and limits cannot be changed, payments can only be made after receiving a SMS code which is not user-friendly... And again, there's no customer support unless you pay money to call them, to speak to people who either don't or barely speak English (they even hung up on me several times even though you're paying for the service). GO TO OTHER BANKS

Can somebody recommend me what to do if the Face ID is not working for my phone in this app? I have Redmi Xiaomi 9, and it's not the problem of the phone, because in other apps Face ID is working, and on VCB app I checked all settings, but when I try to login my account with this face ID it shows info *not available from this device, try another device* what can I do with this? I have only this device now
