The bank is very nice but this app needs improvement. It doesn't let me login by 2 of my phones and I have to borrow an iPhone from a friend to check my account.

Worst bank app i have ever used. I have verified 3 times. All accepted but it require to verify again randomly and won't be able to use until they verify for 3 days.

The app is not working. KBANK has not resolved my issue with this app. The customer service staff are unprofessional and unqualified to assist.
