Annoying delivery policy. The chat agents are not of any use, I sent the same requests a few times but nothing has been done and they dare to mark the enquiries solved. My deliveries are nowhere to be tracked. Reply to Shopee: I thought it's another channel to get in touch. It's the same channel via your app. I'm not wasting any more time to chat with your chat agents. They are really not helpful. They only reply with standard templates and nothing is solved. Give me an email address.

I like the games and the easy of using vouchers and coins. Very easy to know which products can use coins which cannot. Use of coins really helped to cut down the price. I like the ease of writing and reading reviews which allows me to make informed choice before buying. Thanks for the many buyers who made an effort to write helpful reviews. The buying process is also smooth. There are also many products l find worth buying. Good products at affordable price. But sometime app does not work well.

Buggy since last 2 releases: • Text chat goes unresponsive REGULARLY. Typing window gets dropped to bottom of screen & keystrokes become non-functional. • Translation in chat suxxx to the core. Sure, this could still be work-in-progress, but at least show the ORIGINAL text so the conversation could be properly understood ** IN CONTEXT **. • There is no option to disable this CMI 'Translated by Shopee' & I have to ask for screenshots repeatedly whenever the other party types in another language.
