This app worked perfectly for over a year, but two days ago, it suddenly stopped backing up photos from my phone. It keeps displaying Error 117. What the hell is that? Please fix this! Update: 01/01/2025, I saw an update available so I thought this would resolve the issue, and now Synology photos will not even install on my NAS. Why are'y you responding or fixing this?

On my S22 Ultra, for the past few months, this app keeps stopping uploads and backups with the message "No internet connection." There is a connection between the phone and the NAS, all permissions are set to allow, and the battery mode is set to unrestricted. I have cleared the cache and data, and even reinstalled the app. I'm running the latest Android updates as well as the latest version of the photo app.

With the last update the app has gotten worse having problems with the album section. Now when you scroll over the albums up or down, it's terribly sluggish. I reckon they have probably changed the caching mechanism and basically ruined everything. Two stars for otherwise a rather good app, at least used to be good. UPD: reinstalled an older v2.1.0-503, the problem is gone! Don't update to v2.2.x until they fix it.
