Mobile Legends Teases 5th Anniversary event
To celebrate the 5th anniversary of Mobile Legends, Moonton has revealed a teaser video in its official social media handles. The teaser video revealed content that players can expect to see in the upcoming event as part of the Project NEXT update.
The upcoming Mobile Legends 5th Anniversary event will be themed around the moon goddess festival, a popular piece of Chinese tradition. The event will feature a new support hero named Floryn and a new unlockable skin for Miya called Moon Priestess. The new hero and skin will be given out for free as a token of appreciation for the continued support that the fans have given.
Moonton has also showcased the new skin’s splash art and character model. The new Miya ”Moon Priestess” skin features a mix of gold and white clothing with blue crystals that gives off a celestial glow that resembles the moonlight. Her bow and arrow now glow brightly with unique visual effects, adding a more goddess vibe to the hero.
Aside from the free skin, the new support hero Floryn has also been revealed in the teaser. The new support hero can both heal and damage enemies which makes her very viable during the early game. Her trade and healing potential would work well during team fights where everyone is gathered in one place.
Her ultimate skill grants one ally an extra item that does not consume an inventory slot. This item will buff their basic stats and it grows in power as the game progresses. This makes assassins or marksman heroes much more dangerous in the late game.
Moonton will be revealing more details regarding the upcoming Mobile Legends 5th Anniversary event at a later date. Fans will have to keep their eyes peeled for the next big reveal.
