The Genexis EasyWiFi app works with the Genexis Aura 650, Pulse EX600, Genexis Pure E600 and the Genexis FiberTwist 6000-Series with GenXOS 11.5 and onwards as router. Please note that the app does not work with third-party routers. After onboarding a Genexis router in the app, the app also works with the Genexis Pulse EX600 with GenXOS 11.5 and onwards as extender(s).

•. How can I see which software version my device has?
Please go to the WebGUI of your router (as explained in the installation guide). Log in with the username and password as stated on the label of your router. The software version of your router is displayed after successful login. You cannot check the software version of your extender(s) yourself.

•. Can I use the app when I am away from home?
No, you need a connection to your WiFi network if you want to use the app.
