This privacy policy explains the when, how and why when it comes to processing of your personal information in connection with the MEmu App Player ("MEmu") and our website: www.memuplay.com(memuplay.com), and sets out your choices and rights in relation to that information. What data do we collect

Personal data that you gave us, both directly and through third-parties

You give us information about you, such as your Open ID, nickname, profile picture, avatar, IP address, and language settings, when you create an account and log-into the App. We use this information as well as your location(Only at country level). We also receive certain information including your Open ID, IP address, error log and your [email address] when you use the MEmu's support and feedback features. If you log in our service with some third party accounts (eg. Google, Facebook, Twitter), we will also collect the public information of the third party like nickname and profile picture.

Business Data that you gave us.

During the inquiry process of enterprise license, we will collect certain information of your business such as the name and the contact info and some customization information when you fill in the on-line form.

Unique device identifiers or synthetic anonymous IDs like MAC address

We use such data to realize the process of account creating, save and log-in.

We use such data to allow you to connect to the server, facilitate your use of the App and to improve our servers and services to you.

Application activity, unique device identifiers or synthetic anonymous IDs

We use such data to provide customized content and optimize MEmu based on the meta data of application activities of our users.

If you decide to use our feedback system, we collect your email, Open ID and the content of your feedback to get in touch with you.

Transaction information

We use such data to confirm the purchase of our product and/or service.
We may collect other personal information from you from time to time for specific reasons (such as a promotion in your country). When this happens, we will provide more information on any specific changes to the way we process that personal information that might differ to this privacy policy prior to collecting or processing any additional information.

Rectification:

If you believe that any Personal Data we are holding about you is incorrect or incomplete, you can request that we correct or supplement such data. You can correct some of this information directly by sending us an email at support@microvirt.com
Erasure: You can request that we erase some or all of your Personal Data from our systems.

Withdrawal of Consent:

If we are processing your Personal Data based on your consent (as indicated at the time of collection of such data), you have the right to withdraw your consent at any time. Please note, however, that if you exercise this right, you may have to then provide express consent on a case-by-case basis for the use or disclosure of certain of your Personal Data, if such use or disclosure is necessary to enable you to utilize some or all of our Services.

Portability:

You can ask for a copy of your Personal Data in a machine-readable format. You can also request that we transmit the data to another controller where technically feasible.

Erasure:

If there is any personal information you believe we process that you would like us to erase, please contact us at support@microvirt.com
We may need to retain personal information if there are valid grounds under data protection laws for us to do so (for example, for the defence of legal claims or freedom of expression) but we will let you know if that is the case. Where you have requested that we erase personal information that has been made available publicly on this App and there are grounds for erasure, we will use reasonable steps to try to tell others who are displaying the personal information or providing links to the personal information to erase it too.

Objection:

You can contact us to let us know that you object to the further use or disclosure of your Personal Data for certain purposes, such as for direct marketing purposes.
Restriction of Processing: You can ask us to restrict further processing of your Personal Data.
